Tim wsa the utmost professional when dealing with my wife and I as well as our children. Tim was very responsive to our needs made suggestions where needed and answered any questions thrown at him in fast succession. Over a three day period Tim was able to arrange for us to see many homes and help us make an informed decision when we put an offer in to buy. Tim had to put his negotiating skills on display with the property that we chose because of demand and he came through for us with flying colors. ..We moved to West Texas to be with family and things happened on that front in a hurry. We left before our house was sold and Tim took care of our property in our absence until the sale. From the beginning of the process till closing he was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional. He never hesitated to do whatever was necessary to make things progress as smooth as possible. He gently prodded us when we needed to be but also respected the time we needed to get our own home and my father-in-laws home ready to sell. He even picked up a vacuum to help us make the best impression at the first showing! Tim was as invested in the process as we were and we could not have been happier with our experience!

We were referred to him by a friend of ours, having explained that we were disappointed with our current agent. Tim walked us through nearly 100 homes in about a nine month period, he never pushed us to buy and took his time to get to know us as well as our wants and needs in a home. He was always quick to respond, could meet us at almost any time of day, and could set up showings at the last minute which was extremely helpful with our families busy schedule. After briefly working with another agent we appreciated Tim's responsiveness and manner in which he showed homes even more. Tim was always available via email or text and responded quickly which was very much appreciated. in this market! Being able to see the house, we ultimately purchased, the day after it came on the market was key! He took his time during our many different showings, never making us feel rushed or pressured. Tim took the time to understand what we were looking for in a new home. We appreciated when he added on a home showing for one he thought we would like (and we really considered purchasing after seeing it). I would definitely recommend using Tim as a Realtor!

He was very responsive but not at all pushy, which I believe was one of the reasons I enjoyed working with him. I could always count on him at getting back to me with answers, even late at night! I highly recommend him. He did an exceptional job for us.

He showed me more homes than I care to admit to. He is also very informative answering every odd ball question I had about this and that, from basement foundations to siding and dealing with old paneling. He is very familiar with people in the area having grown up and worked here much of his life. If I challenged his patience it never showed as I went from looking at duplexes, to single family homes and then condos!
